We’re looking for a passionate HR Specialist to join the team of our client!
In this dynamic role, you’ll take ownership of key HR areas — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration. You’ll be part of building a strong company culture and supporting people who drive success.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
- Conduct sessions for new employees and assist with the completion of onboarding forms.
- Process employment documentation / contracts
- Process employee terminations, conduct exit interviews, and facilitate offboarding procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
- Administer performance appraisal processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Revise and maintain internal HR policies
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR role - 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Active English
