About Us

GoodWill Recruitment is a personnel-consulting company founded in 2018 by Tomáš Kostura and Jakub Smržík. It is based in Košice and has established successful cooperation with dozens of employers throughout eastern Slovakia and hundreds of candidates applying for jobs since its beginning.

We help candidates get new job opportunities and find employment on the labor market free of charge. They can register their CV with us and receive job offers according to the specified criteria. They can also use the possibility of counseling or actively apply for one of the open positions.

We offer employers "No success no fee" cooperation, which in practice means that the client does not pay anything for our services unless we provide him with a suitable candidate whom he chooses and who takes up the vacant position. Thus, the obligation to pay for the services provided arises only at the moment when the selected candidate takes up employment with the employer - our client.

We prefer face-to-face meetings with candidates, where we will thoroughly familiarize ourselves with their work situation and present one or several possible solutions. We accompany them through the entire process from presenting adequate job opportunities on the market to preparing for a job interview with the employer. At the end of the selection process, each candidate will receive feedback and advice from us. The company holds a work placement permit.
