Information on personal data processing - contact form "Contact us"

If you use our contact form, we will process your personal data to the extent of the data you have provided in the form (name and surname, contact details, relation to the company if you are a contact person of the legal person or other information provided in your request) for the purpose of handling the request for the providing of information (inquiry/question) entered through the contact form on the website of the controller. 

We hereby would like to inform you in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") on the conditions of the processing of your personal data.

• We process the data for the given purpose based on your consent (granted by filling out and sending the contact form on the website) so that we can respond to your inquiry or request.
• Providing of the data is voluntary, but it is not possible to process the request without providing them.
• The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the controller's e-mail address [email protected].
• Withdrawal of the consent does not affect legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
• We will store your data for this purpose until the request has been processed (until the required information has been provided), but for a maximum period of 1 year.
• We do not provide your data to other recipients.
• Personal data will not be used for automated individual decision-making, including profiling. 

Data subjects have the following other rights:

• right to access in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR:
The data subject has the right to obtain access to his or her personal data and information to the extent pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR.

• right to rectification in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR:
The data subject has the right to rectification of the personal data concerning him or her if they are incorrect or to supplement them if they are incomplete.

• right to erasure (right "to be forgotten") in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR:
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the erasure of personal data concerning him or her, under the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR. This right of the data subject will be assessed by the controller from the point of view of all relevant circumstances in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.

• right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR:
If the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit those data to another controller.  The data subject has the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.

• right to restriction of processing in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR:
