Tasks on the position:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talents
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, onboarding and related administration
- Foster strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters
- Address and resolve employee issues with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment
- Promote and facilitate open communication across all teams and departments
- Steering the Performance management project accross the organization
- Work with managers and leaders to develop and implement performance improvement plans
- Identify and address training and development needs to support employee growth
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices in line with industry standards
- Ensure compliance with local as well as global regulations and policies
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts

University education (Master's degree)
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an international production company
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage cross-functional relationships
- Proficiency in HR software
