Strategic buyer - indirect material

We are seeking a Strategic Buyer for indirect material (industrial materials, spare parts, services, building and logistics). Your role would be to identify sourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic objectives.​

Job description:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting thorough assessments of capabilities, quality, and cost competitiveness.

- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing, terms, and conditions.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop sourcing plans to meet their needs.

- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

- Maintain relationships with key suppliers, fostering partnerships that drive innovation and mutual success.

- Implement tools and processes to streamline procurement operations and enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Maintain SAP master data (supplier, material), price conditions, purchase orders and framework contracts
