- Lead and execute the internal audit process according to established schedules and procedures.
- Manage the external audit process.
- Drive robust investigation of audit observations, develop comprehensive action plans, and ensure alignment of non-conformance ratings.
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance on quality compliance issues at the site level.
- Ensure periodic evaluation and auditing of the Quality Management System, initiating corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with site leaders to assess gaps and define action plans related to internal audit findings.
- Analyze audit data for systemic trends, drive compliance, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the development of corporate training materials for internal audit programs and compliance education.
- Coach and train internal auditors on audit methodologies and quality compliance standards.
- Stay updated on current regulatory requirements and standards.
- Ensure sites are prepared for regulatory inspections through compliance activities, assessments, and consultation.
- Maintain a state of permanent inspection readiness using established tools and processes.
- Lead Gemba walks and readiness activities to ensure continuous improvement in compliance readiness.

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management, compliance, or regulatory affairs within a regulated industry
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, EU MDR), and audit processes.
- Proven experience in leading and executing internal and external audits, including root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer) are desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed for audit and compliance activities.
