Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a new team and diverse one, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily plant operations, including production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, and maintenance.
  • Process Optimization: Implement and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the plant’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, prioritizing workplace safety and environmental responsibility.

English - Advanced (C1) or German - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills:

Qualifications:

  • Master’s  degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a plant management or leadership role in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex operations.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team building and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
