Our client, an automotive manufacturer with new projects, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and optimize their production operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a new team and diverse one, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily plant operations, including production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, and maintenance.
- Process Optimization: Implement and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the plant’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, prioritizing workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals.

A Tier 1 automotive company n a top-level supplier directly providing components and systems to original equipment manufacturers.
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a plant management or leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex operations.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team building and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
