Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Oversee the management of the international BIC system.
  • Examine and record existing business workflows.
  • Discover potential enhancements for processes and opportunities for automation.
  • Propose and deploy technology solutions to streamline operations.
  • Deliver training sessions for users and oversee change management initiatives to drive process improvements.
  • Coordinating and facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Offer support and strategic advice to internal process owners regarding BIC-related business workflows.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are standardized, thoroughly documented, and successfully implemented within the BIC system.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience related to process improvement.
  • Prior expertise with the BIC Platform - GBTEC is preferred.
  • Background in Business Process Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with specialist departments.
  • A collaborative mindset and a good sense of humor are key strengths.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
    o Proficiency in German is considered a valuable asset.
