Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Developing process strategies, evaluating investments, and analyzing time cycles
• Communicating with manufacturing line suppliers and preparing price quotations
• Supporting the introduction of new products and processes, including the preparation of technical documentation
• Ensuring quality, operational safety, and employee training
• Continuously improving the production process, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance
• Managing and analyzing critical documents and spare parts
• Supporting the introduction of new products and the start of production or implementation of process changes in cooperation with process engineers and production team leaders
• Layout – Designing the arrangement and layout of production lines within the plant
• A strong interest in learning new things, especially in problem-solving
• Previous successful and extensive experience with machinery
• Precise, meticulous, responsible, stress-resistant, and flexible
