Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Developing process strategies, evaluating investments, and analyzing time cycles
- Communicating with manufacturing line suppliers and preparing price quotations
- Supporting the introduction of new products and processes, including the preparation of technical documentation
- Ensuring quality, operational safety, and employee training
- Continuously improving the production process, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance
- Managing and analyzing critical documents and spare parts
- Supporting the introduction of new products and the start of production or implementation of process changes in cooperation with process engineers and production team leaders
- Layout – Designing the arrangement and layout of production lines within the plant
- A strong interest in learning new things, especially in problem-solving
- Previous successful and extensive experience with machinery
- Precise, meticulous, responsible, stress-resistant, and flexible
