Job description, responsibilities and duties
  • Creating concepts for IT systems and their components.
  • Administration and support of IT systems, primarily standard printing systems across Europe.
  • Collaboration with colleagues from Europe. 
  • Defining and configuring standard client systems for the company.
  • Planning and coordinating regular hardware refreshes at European locations.
  • Documenting IT solutions and cooperating with external IT service providers.
  • Installing and configuring complex IT systems and software.
  • Monitoring system planning and ensuring system availability.
  • Planning data security through backup and archiving.
  • Implementing IT projects within the company and verifying solution functionality.
  • Consulting, supporting, and training users.
