We are looking for a Senior HW Development Engineer to join a team in R&D department. 
In this role, you will act as a technical lead in the hardware development process, guiding a team of engineers and ensuring the highest quality standards in design and testing.

  • Lead the HW development team technically: act as the technical lead of HW development.

  • Ensure a state-of-the-art HW development process, collaborating with the HW team at the Luxembourg headquarter.

  • Support HW development projects: including HW design, testing, specification, failure-analysis.

  • Train and develop team members of the HW team.

  • University degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.

  • At least 3 years of experience in hardware development.

  • Experience in Automotive HW development. 

  • Experience in HW design, development, failure analysis. Ability to lead and spread knowledge within a team. 

  • English language proficiency at “Upper Intermediate (B2)”. German or French are assets.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word (advanced) and experience in MATLAB & Python considered an advantage.
