Logistics Analyst – Customer Contact

For our client, a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company, we are looking for a Logistics Analyst – Customer Contact to join their Supply Chain / Logistics team.

In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth deliveries to automotive customers. You will work closely with customers, production, warehouse, purchasing, transport providers, and other internal departments to ensure that customer requirements are accurately reflected in the company's logistics processes.

The role combines customer communication, logistics coordination, data analysis, and daily work in SAP.

• Act as a key contact person for automotive customers regarding logistics, orders, deliveries, and supply-related topics
• Process and monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and requirements in SAP
• Monitor customer forecasts, demand changes, delivery schedules, and order fluctuations
• Check and analyze customer requirements and ensure that they are properly reflected in internal systems
• Coordinate delivery plans with production, warehouse, transport, and other relevant departments
• Monitor deliveries and proactively identify potential delays or shortages
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, changes, discrepancies, and potential issues
• Support the resolution of logistics problems and delivery deviations
• Work with SAP data and prepare logistics reports, analyses, and KPIs
• Maintain accurate master and transactional data related to customer orders and deliveries
• Support the implementation and improvement of logistics and customer service processes
• Cooperate with internal teams to ensure high customer service levels and on-time delivery performance
