Recruitment and people
-
managing and supporting recruitment processes across different types of positions,
-
cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process,
-
supporting onboarding and ensuring a positive employee experience from the very beginning,
-
communication with employees and providing HR support in day-to-day matters,
-
supporting employee engagement and people-related initiatives.
Training and Development
-
coordination and administration of training and development activities,
-
identifying training needs in cooperation with managers,
-
supporting employee development and internal career opportunities,
-
participation in projects focused on people development and improving HR processes.
HR policies and processes
-
supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and guidelines,
-
cooperation on various HR projects and initiatives,
-
preparation of HR-related documentation and reporting.
Manufacturing HR
-
cooperation with production and operational teams,
-
supporting HR activities related to the production workforce,
-
cooperation on attendance-related processes and cooperation with relevant departments.

previous experience in a HR Generalist or similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment,
-
practical experience with recruitment, training and employee development,
- active communication in English

good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle,
-
strong communication and interpersonal skills,
-
proactive and hands-on approach,
-
good organizational skills and attention to detail,
-
ability to handle confidential information with discretion,
-
interest in working in a modern, technology-driven manufacturing environment.
